Mrs. Perean Urquhart "Tinnie" 92, entered eternal rest at the Waverly Health Care Center on Tuesday, April 10, 2018.  She was born in Surry County to the late Vandy Stringfield and Cassie King.

She had great pleasures in cooking, gardening and playing Bingo and Fishing.  She was a faithful member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Mrs. Perean was proceeded in death by her husband, Marvin Urquhart Sr. and son Marvin Urquhart Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories five sons, Floyd E. Urquhart(Renny), Baltimore, MD, James W. Urquhart, of Waverly, John W. Urquhart (Nancy) of Carrolton, Ronnell Urquhart(Rose) of Waverly and Rickey Urquhart(Terry) of Hampton;  six daughters, Doris Seward(Benjamin) of Waverly, Roma Harrell, Smithfield, Jerlene Conner(Stanley) of Wakefield, Ammie Urquhart of Newport News, Sharon Benn of Baltimore, MD and Angela Bell of Dumfries; 35 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
