Maurice Fulgham ,40, was released to the Lord Jesus Christ on Saturday, March 3, 2018 from Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, Virginia. Maurice was born on August 19, 1977 to the parentage of the late Susie Ann Williams and his father Horace Ridley-Boykins. Maurice attended Southampton County Public Schools.

Maurice was known as a very hard working and dedicated gentleman. He was always sharing a laugh or a joke, but most of all he shared his heart.  He shared many fun moments in life with friends and family. He leaves behind a trail of tears and infinite memories. Loved by many, Maurice will be sorely missed.

He was predeceased by his mother Susie Ann Williams and his brother Quinton Lamont Fulgham.

Maurice leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Christina Fulgham; his two sons Deveon Fulgham and Treyvon Fulgham of Surry, VA: his father Horace Lee Ridley-Boykins of Petersburg, VA; two sisters, Shonta Williams of Courtland, VA and Kimberly Day of Hopewell, VA.  Five aunts; Mary (Michael) Stringfield of Wakefield, VA, Diane (Jeffrey) Johnson of Franklin, VA, Dorothy Fulgham (Danny) of Franklin, VA, Mary Ridley (Calvin) of Wakefield, VA, and Frances Ridley of Texas: Four uncles, James Lee Fulgham of Washington, DC; Clyde Fulgham of Hampton, VA; Frankie Lee Fulgham of Wakefield, VA; and John Lee Ridley of Waverly, VA; and a host of nieces nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 10, 2018 at 1 PM at Empowerment Temple 219 N County Drive Waverly Virginia 23890.
