Louis Milton Davis Jr. was called to rest on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. He was born on October 14, 1948. He was baptized at an early age and a member of Plank Road Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret E. Ricks and father Louis M. Davis Sr., also, by his grandparents Deaconess Hattie M. Everson and Deacon James E. Everson.

He leaves to cherish his memories, a devoted, loving wife of 48 years, Regina Davis, his children, Louis M. Davis III and LuCritia M. Davis of Richmond, VA, Louise M. Roman of Harrisburg, PA and Nicole Clark and Ike Turner; one brother Dessaussure Ricks of Richmond, VA; one aunt-Essie L. Everson of Waverly; one sister-in-law, five brother-in-laws, 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren, numerous cousins and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Plank Road Baptist Church. There will be no repass. We the family would like to thank everyone for their telephone calls and condolences and Peace Funeral Home, Waverly, VA, for all their services.
