Liddy Barrow, 59 was born September 16, 1960; she is preceded in death by parents, James David and Emma Louise Barrow, sister Angela Gray and child Anthony Theopholus Barrow.  God granted Liddy eternal mercy and called her home on Wednesday, August 12, 2020.

Liddy aka "Liddy Mae" was known for her honesty;  she never met a stranger as she embraced everyone with a smile and conversation.  Liddy made sure she recognized ALL family members and friends on their birthday with a birthday call and conversation.

She graduated Sussex County school system and later attended VCU.  She loved traveling from coast to coast as far west as California and east as Florida.

She loved reminiscing with old stories and remembrances from life. Liddy was an avid artist from pictures to poetry and all kinds of music from Tim McGraw to Frankie Beverly and Maze.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, Waverly, Va.

Liddy leaves to cherish her memory, son, Alphonso Mills III and three grandchildren, Aliana, Alphonso IV, and Alia Mills; siblings, Linda Perry,   Laura Barrow, Claudette White, Eunice Jordan(Lem), Melissa Barrow, Rachel Barrow, David Barrow, Tara Barrow and Dennis Barrow(Shellie), a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, a special friend, Glen Baines and other friends too numerous to list by name, because as we know she never met a stranger that did not become a friend.
