Latorey Jamelle Blizzard, 39 was born March 24, 1979, to Lawrence James Blizzard and the late Vivian Ann Blizzard at MCV Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.

Latorey was raised and lived in Waverly until he graduated from Sussex Central High School in June 1997.  After graduating, Latorey enlisted with the United States Army. He served 3 years in the military and then moved to Richmond, Virginia, where he resided until the time of his death. While living in Richmond Latorey worked for many companies, two of which included the Virginia Veterans Hospital and Central State Hospital.

Latorey married LaCreesha Blizzard, thru marriage and love they gave birth to their daughter Keahtay Blizzard.

Latorey was preceded in death by his mother, Vivian Ann Blizzard, aunt, Gloria Broughton

Latorey leaves to cherish his memories, two daughters Keahtay Blizzard and Latoreya Blizzard; a son in North Carolina; his father, Lawrence James Blizzard; a sister, Valencia Blizzard; a brother, Antoine Coleman; six loving aunts, Gaynell Urquhart, Violet Coleman, Loise Hillard, Eva Blizzard, Kathleen Coleman and Judy Coleman; two uncles, Larry Blizzard and Linwood Blizzard; three great-aunts, two great-uncles, a host of cousins, family and friends.  Two devoted friends, Ernest Graves and Angela Graves.

Latorey will truly be missed by his beloved family and friends dearly.
