On Friday, June 16, 2023, God called our beloved father, brother, uncle, and friend Kenneth R. Barrow home to eternal rest with his family by his side.

Kenneth affectionately known as "Kenny Boy" was a people person who never met a stranger. He would lend a helping hand to anybody that needed help.  His children were his world as well as his nieces and nephews.  He will be missed! Kenneth was employed at Masonite for over 20 years.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents Theophilus and Thelma Louise Barrow; his wife, Martha Ann Barrow; six brothers and three sisters.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories his sons, Deshun Barrow, Maurice Barrow, and Lamonte Barrow; one god-daughter, Shameka Boyd; god-grandchildren, Makaila Boyd and Makiya Harris; sister,  Annette Cole of Waverly, VA; four sisters-in-law, Vallie Barrow, Helen Stephenson, Queen Smith and Mary Banks and a host of nieces nieces, nephews cousins and other devoted friends, Omar Wilkins, Joe and Hester Jones, James Thomas, Gary Flowers and Denise Warren.

A Celebration of Life will be 2:00pm Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Empowerment Temple 219 N County Drive, Waverly, Virginia, Elder Terrence Green, Pastor.  Interment will follow at Waverly Cemetery, Spring Branch Road, Waverly, VA.

Public Viewing will be 10:00am - 5:00pm Friday, June 23, 2023 at Peace Funeral Home.
