Helen B. Garrett of Waverly, VA was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 25, 2017 at Southside Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by six daughters, Audrey (Clarence), Linda (Clarence), Justine (Warren), Nicole (Tracie), Sharon and Judy; three sons, Tony (Celeste) Larry, Curtis; two sisters, Lucy Thomas and Addie Parham; one brother David (Virginia); twenty-two grandchildren; forty great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Service for Ms. Garrett will be 1:00pm Saturday, September 30, 2017 at First Baptist Church, 315 South Church Street, Waverly, VA, Rev. Wilson, Pastor. Interment will follow at First Baptist Church Cemetery, Waverly, VA.

Public Viewing will be Friday, September 29, 2017 at Peace Funeral Home, 237 Railroad Avenue, Waverly, VA.
