Hazel Everson Payton's Obituary
Mrs. Hazel Everson Payton of 17551 Varina Avenue, Petersburg, VA, entered into eternal rest Friday, March 7, 2014 at her residence. She was born April 22, 1945 to Hattie and James Everson. Mrs. Payton joined the Plank Road Baptist Church at an early age.
She leaves to cherish her memory: one daughter, Norene Payton; four sons, Lawrence Payton Jr, Lionel Payton, William Payton and Herman Payton all Petersburg, VA; one sister, Essie L. Everson, 33 grandchildren, 22 great-grand children and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Plank Road Baptist Church, 11578 Jerusalem Plank Road, Waverly, VA, Rev. George Urquhart officiating. Interment will follow at the Plank Road Baptist Church Cemetery.Hazel Everson Payton's Guestbook
