Frankie Lee Fulgham was born on September 9, 1956, to the late Mary Lee and Charlie Wade Fulgham. He was born and raised in Ivor, Virginia, and departed this life on Saturday, July 25, 2026, surrounded by his family at his residence. Frankie cherished time with his loved ones, enjoyed watching TV, and was fond of sharing memories of the past.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Kinfrey “Son” Fulgham, Charles “Tata” Fulgham, and James Lee Fulgham; sister Susie Williams; and nephews Quinton Lamont Fulgham and Maurice Fulgham.

Frankie leaves to cherish his memory three sisters: Mary Stringfield (Michael) of Wakefield, Virginia; Diane Johnson (Jeffrey) of Franklin, Virginia; and Dorothy Fulgham (Danny) of Franklin, Virginia; one brother, Clyde Fulgham of Hampton, Virginia; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A public viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Peace Funeral Home. 

A Celebration of Life Service is planned for 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Peace Funeral Home Chapel, 237 Railroad Avenue, Waverly, Virginia. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Ivor, Virginia.
