Mrs. Eleanor Mason Johnson, 75 of Dendron, VA passed peacefully in her home on Thursday, January 15, 2015. She was born June 26, 1939 to the late Shirley Sr. and Essie Mae Mason.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her late husband, Thurman Johnson, her parents, Shirley Sr. and Essie Mae Mason and her brother, Shirley Mason Jr.
A viewing for Mrs. Johnson will be held Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 10:00am – 6:00pm at Peace Bland Funeral Home, 237 Railroad Avenue, Waverly, VA.
Funeral services will be Friday, January 23, 2015, 1:30pm at Saint Paul Holiness Church, 8645 Rolfe Highway, Dendron, VA. Interment will follow at Johnson Family Cemetery, 431 Clubhouse Road, Dendron, VA.
