Mr. Cleveland Donald Worrell, departed this life on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.  He was affectionately known as "Bro" or "Uncle Bro". Cleveland D. Worrell was born September 2, 1944, to the late Clyde and Ethel Worrell. Cleveland professed his faith and was baptized at early age.  He was a faithful member of the Liberty Baptist Church.

He was a proud Vietnam Veteran who served in the United States Air Force.  He graduated from Sussex Central High School and studied at Zoology at Howard University.

Cleveland was Businessman and Entrepreneur.  He owned and operated many businesses during his lifetime.  He owned a Shoe Store, Cab Service, Product Delivery Service and he sold Foreign and Domestic Cars.  He also served as a Magistrate for the City of Petersburg, Virginia.

Cleveland took delight in playing the guitar and making people laugh.  He always had something funny to say and would also keep it real by sharing knowledgeable facts about what was going on in the world.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving and devoted wife Kaye Worrell, and his brother Eddie C. Worrell Sr.

He leaves to cherish is memories a sister-in-law, Majorie Worrell, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be 11:00am Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Liberty Baptist Church, 235 Railroad Avenue, Waverly, Virginia, Rev. Bobby Ricks, Pastor, Officiating and  Elder Eddie C. Worrell Jr., Eulogist.  Interment will follow at Waverly Cemetery, Waverly, Virginia.

Public Viewing will be 10:00am - 5:00pm Friday, March 14, 2025 at Peace Funeral Home 237 Railroad Avenue, Waverly, Virgnina.
