Carol Vaughn Ogburn's Obituary
Carol Vaughan Ogburn of Hopewell passed away on April 29, 2015 at Southside Regional Hospital in Petersburg. Carol was born May 11, 1951 to Samuel and Josephine Vaughan of Waverly, VA.
She was preceded in death by her mother Josephine and brother James "Bubba" Vaughan.
To cherish her memory she leaves her daughter Erin Ogburn of Richmond, her father Sam Vaughan of Waverly, sister Barbra Vaughan of Richmond, brother Wayne Vaughan (Ja'net) of Waverly, two granddaughters Malika & Jyden, 2 nephews Marques & Terrance, 4 nieces, 1 great niece, 5 great nephews, 5 aunts, cousins, and devoted friends.
A homegoing service will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at First Baptist Church of City Point, 1117 Pierce Street, Hopewell, VA. Family visitation and viewing will be one hour prior to services and family will assemble at 10:45am for homegoing.
