Alfred McRay Moyler of Washington, DC, affectionately known as "Al" and "Ray" departed this life on Saturday, August 25, 2018.  Alfred was born on October 10, 1959 in Sussex County, Virginia to the late William Moyler and Prophetess Alberta Chalmers.

Alfred confessed his love for Christ at an early age.  He was educated in the Sussex County Public School. System.  He served three years in the United States Army, afterwards, he continued to work hard and persevere throughout all jobs thereafter.  Alfred was an avid Washington Redskins Fan and was always proud to let others know it.  He was full of laughter and enjoyed visiting family and friends.  He fought a good fight and knew God had better plans for him.

Alfred was preceded in death by his Father, William Moyler; Grandparents, Mabel and Dincie Graves, Annie and Joseph Diggs; a dear cousin, Marvin Graves and a dear friend Sheila.

He leaves to cherish his memories, parents Prophetess Alberta Chalmers and Deacon Claude Chalmers Jr.; daughter, Kimberly Jackson; grandchildren, Kanaya and Kingdom; stepchildren, Sadonna and Dion; other grandchildren; sisters, Beatrice Parham, Schvon Vaughan (Antoine); brother, Victor Moyler.  A host of devoted aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; devoted cousins, Ira Ricks (Sharon) and Myrtle Hamlin, devoted and close friends Calvin Taylor and Timothy Taylor.
